“Don’t Go Into The Ocean Until Thursday”

How many times have we heard this?

Today on the local news…it was advised that it wasn’t safe to go in some parts of the ocean until Thursday!

For those of you who are not aware of the “Garbage Patch” in the Pacific….watch this video!

Did you know:  The GARBAGE PATCH IS TWICE THE SIZE OF TEXAS….which equals 7 MILLION TONS of floating plastic waste!!!!

What will it look like in 5 years……10 years from now…..possibly 3 States the size of Texas perhaps?
